The Sanctuary at Albany combines state-of-the-art recording facilities and a renowned management team with a luxury resort setting. The private studio has served as a creative hub for the most talented musicians to collaborate, gain inspiration and create. Designed in partnership with architect Bjarke Ingels and acoustic designer White Mark Ltd., The Sanctuary is situated along the Albany Marina and provides an unmatched setting for artists to produce their best work.

Renowned Management
The Sanctuary’s experienced management team provides a seamless experience for artists. The studio is managed by long-time music industry icons Ann Mincieli, owner of New York City-based Jungle City Studios, and Charles Goldstuck, entrepreneur, investor and founder and co-chairman of Hitco Entertainment.

Design & Equipment
The Sanctuary has a selection of studios that collectively span more than 7,500-square-feet and feature cutting-edge equipment and software to ensure the highest quality studio environment. The modern design and naturally beautiful backdrop were intentionally designed to inspire and let creativity flow.

Learning Environment
In partnership with Windsor School at Albany, The Sanctuary serves as an incubator for aspiring artists. Windsor students who participate in the school’s Music program utilize The Sanctuary’s facilities and learn from experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the music industry.
